Rachel is the best.
It was so nice having Rachel on our team in finding a home in a highly competitive north county housing market. The best!
My husband and I were so happy to have Rachel refinance our loan! She was very quick to answer emails and kept us up to date on our loan and always explained things to us clearly and easily. Painless, Seamless Process
Working with Rachel on our refinance was simply amazing. We started with her because her rate was by far the best, but in the end what we were most impressed with was how easy it was! Rachel handles everything and bothers you the least amount possible. We are extremely busy professionals and have been through the mortgage process several times - so we were expecting a bit more hassle. Not with Rachel. She is knowledgeable and personable which combined makes her the best choice in lender.

Best experience with Rachel Fransen
Rachel was always available for us when we needed her. She was very knowledgeable about the whole lending process and helped us with questions we didn’t even know to ask. Rachel is AMAZING!
Rachel's knowledge in her field and guidance made both of our transactions a breeze! Worth the switch to small brokerage
I met Rachel serendipidously when I bought some tables from her online. I was new to the area and buying a couple of rental properties. While talking to her I learned that she worked for a local brokerage. I was initially skeptical, as I thought working directly with a bank would be cheaper. I was surprised to find that this is not always the case. Rachel routinely beat local and national banks with her rates and terms. The icing on the cake was her outstanding customer service. She was not only reachable, but proactive in contacting me to ensure all the necessary steps were completed during the application process. Once the loan was approved, she gave me a smooth handover to the lender. She still checks up every once in a while to make sure everything is okay.

We consider ourselves fortunate in finding Rachel. Not doing a home loan in almost 25 years, located 200 plus miles away, and with the internet transfer and signing of paperwork, she patiently provided the info needed and answered our oft-repeated questions re our loan and particular situation. We were first time home buyers and this process seemed very daunting and confusing, and she made it so easy and explained everything in the best way that we could understand it. She was always available to us to answer any questions and worked tirelessly to get us closed on schedule! Rachel was great! As a first time homebuyer she made the whole process of getting a VA loan extremely easy and painless.We closed early, she was able to get me a great rate, and I was able to walk in the house without paying anything! She was very attentive to our needs
Rachel was SO HELPFUL with the entire process! We purchased a home 650 miles away and she made sure we understood all of the documents even if it meant she had to stay on the phone for an extended amount of time. She was very attentive to our needs and helped us find insurance and worked with then to make it easier. Rachel monitored the entire process from beginning to end. Rachel kept in direct contact with the realtor, escrow/title as well as managing the loan application, qualification and approval. I could not imagine trying to have gone through the process without her help
As a first time home buyer, Rachel helped me understand many aspects of the housing process from mortgages to home warranty features. One word I can say about Rachel is FABLOUS! She was such a great loan officer and was the perfect person to work with while purchasing my first time home.
